Pastor Chris has lived in the Fredericksburg area since 1982. He serves as the Senior Pastor at Cornerstone Church. Pastor Chris currently serves in the Fredericksburg community as a chaplain for Stafford County Fire and Rescue and the Critical Incident Stress Management Team for the Rappahannock EMS Council. He also serves as the chaplain coordinator for Virginia Southern Baptist Disaster Relief. Pastor Chris has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Mary Washington, and post graduate degrees in both Advanced Biblical Studies and Crisis Response and Trauma from Liberty University. Pastor Chris is an authorized instructor for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Pastor Chris and his wife, Laura, have three grown children and two grandchildren. Pastor Chris has served in various ministries for over 35 years. He has been serving on staff at Cornerstone Church since 2009.
